Third Floor Beam Shuttering Underway

Construction at the site is moving ahead on schedule, with the team now focused on the third floor. Beam shuttering work is currently in progress. Our crew is installing and aligning the formwork for the floor beams, a critical step that shapes the structure and ensures the concrete is poured to precise dimensions. Once shuttering is complete, reinforcement steel will be fixed and checked before the pour.

We expect the third slab to be completed by 25 July 2026. We'll share images and a further update as soon as the pour is done.
