Oasis Residence – Second Slab Concrete Works Successfully Completed

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Second Slab Concrete Works on 10 June 2026 at Oasis Residence, Hulhumalé Phase 2. This milestone represents a significant achievement for the project team and demonstrates our commitment to delivering construction progress according to schedule. As outlined in the May 2026 Progress Report, the project target was to complete the 2nd Floor Slab Concrete by 10 June 2026, and we are proud to confirm that this objective has been achieved on time. This accomplishment reflects the dedication of our contractors, consultants, and site teams in maintaining steady progress despite challenging site conditions and weather interruptions experienced during previous months.

The successful completion of the second slab also marks the transition into the next phase of structural works. In line with the June construction programme, works will now continue with the construction of the second-floor columns, lift core, staircase structure, and preparations for the third slab formwork.
