Fourth Slab succesfully Completed

We're pleased to share that the 4th slab at Oasis Residence was successfully cast on 17 September 2026, completing the concrete works for the third floor. With this milestone, over 35% of the superstructure and over 20% of the overall building are now complete.

Blockwork will now begin on the ground and first floors. This starts the internal and external walls, and it's the first step from structure towards finished homes. At the same time, the steel bars rising from the new slab are the starter bars for the next level's columns. We're targeting completion of the 5th slab in October 2026.

Oasis Residence is a 10-storey building with 15 homes on Lot 20513, Hulhumalé. The lower floors have 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, and floors 7 to 9 are full-floor 4+1 residences. Handover is planned for January 2028. For availability and viewings, please contact the Oasis Properties sales team.
