Bank of Maldives Approves Home Financing for Oasis Residence Buyers

We are pleased to share that Bank of Maldives has approved end-user financing for Oasis Residence, our residential development on Lot 20513 in Hulhumalé.

For many families, the biggest question when buying a new home is how to finance it. With this approval, buyers at Oasis Residence can now apply directly to Bank of Maldives for Home Purchase Financing, with the bank already familiar with the project.

The process is simple. Visit any Bank of Maldives branch and apply for Home Purchase Financing, mentioning Oasis Residence. The bank will assess your application, and if you are eligible, you will receive a conditional approval letter. Your financing agreement is then signed once your Sale and Purchase Agreement for the unit has been submitted to the bank.

All financing is subject to each applicant's eligibility and the bank's terms and conditions.

This approval comes as construction moves steadily ahead on site. The fourth-floor slab was completed in September, and work continues towards the upper floors.

Oasis Residence is a 10-storey building with 15 homes. The lower floors offer 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, and the upper levels have full-floor 4+1 residences. Only a few units remain available.
